We are delighted the government heard the concerns of people regarding rail ticket office closures and have decided to reverse the decision to close them.

Sharon Schaffer, CEO of Support 4 Sight said, “We are really pleased that the combined efforts of people with sight loss and disability organisations across the country have successfully campaigned to keep these much needed ticket offices open to help ensure the accessibility of train services for all”.
