I am Elizabeth Cowell and I am the Outreach & Communications Coordinator.

I have been a part of the Charity for many years, as I was previously a support worker, and my mother was also a staff member.

Over the years, I have been a volunteer for Support 4 Sight assisting with many things such as exhibitions and helping ‘Seymour’ meet his fans!

You will see me out and about in Essex to meet and help those living with sight loss at coffee mornings and home visits.

I also enjoy building our social media profile.
