Employment Manager
My name is Zsuzsi and I have been working for Support 4 Sight since 2019, managing the Support 4 Employment service.
I started working in the supported employment sector assisting disabled people in 2005. Since 2011, I have been supporting working age blind and partially sighted people.
My role involves embedding the service within the charity and across the county, forming strong partnerships with other local societies and partners, as well as engaging with clients to ensure they have up to date information so they can make the best decisions regarding their lives.
I provide support to people who are looking for paid employment or who are in work but having work related issues due to their sight loss. I also help people who would like to be self-employed and those that are looking to volunteer. Alongside this I offer advice to people regarding working age and disability related benefits.
