Moving On With Sightloss (MOWS) is a training service we offer to groups, creating a safe space for people to talk openly and freely about sight loss.
The sessions provide information, advice and guidance on:
- being diagnosed and how to cope with sight loss
- registration and the Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- getting the best out of hospital appointments
- benefits and concessions
- low vision services
- practical solutions
- equipment designed for those with sight loss
- getting more from computers, laptops, tablets and phones
