Employment Support
Our Employment Support service is open to anyone of working age with visual impairment. We can help prepare you to look for work or voluntary opportunities, help you into a new role or help you to retain your current position if you are already employed. We can also support you with self employment, working age related benefits as well as Ill health retirement.

WAVE (Working Age Vision Essex)
An informal online group for working age people across the whole county to meet, chat and share information.
