Emotional Support

Whether you have lived with sight loss long term or have recently lost your vision, it can be helpful to talk through your feelings.

Most people experience a range of emotions, from sadness to anger and frustration.

It can be helpful to talk to someone outside your family who understands how you feel.

At Support 4 Sight we welcome you to contact us and offer time and space to talk through your feelings and provide reassurance and
information about how to cope.

We offer one to one support at our centre or on home visits.

We also provide a telephone support service and a monthly peer group support session at our centre.

If you feel you would like to seek counselling direct, please visit and search for someone near you.
