How We Can Help
We offer emotional support, either on the phone or via a home visit.
We run a casual monthly group which gives you a chance to share your experiences and frustrations, as well as concerns, with others.
We offer information about financial help that may be available to you as a carer, as well as information about other organisations that might be helpful to you or your visually impaired loved one.
These groups, gives both the carer and the VI person a bit of respite and space.
It also opens avenues for new friendships being formed and greater knowledge on daily living with a visual impairment.

Lastly, our Newsletter, for those who care for visually impaired people, is sent out quarterly. The Newsletter gives snippets about technological advances in the low vision world, current campaigns or items of news that affect visually impaired people. We also list our social events, including our coffee mornings and social lunches and trips.
If you need help or information about your caring role, would like to receive a Newsletter or join our Facebook Group, please call 01799 588 897 or email info@support4sight.org.uk.
