My name is Claire Baldwin and I have recently joined Support4Sight.

I have been registered sight impaired (partially sighted) since 2021. When I first lost my sight, Support4Sight was a lifeline and was there for me. Four years on, I’m excited to now be part of the Support4Sight team.

My role is to increase awareness and build relationships within the local VI community and wider community, to work with corporate partners and stakeholders, and to grow and develop the work of Support4Sight as it continues to meet the needs of those with sight loss.

I hope that my own lived experience of sight loss will enable me to make a difference and to help and support others with a visual impairment.
