Support 4 Sight has been out and about, connecting with our community at recent local events!

Sue, a team of enthusiastic volunteers, and our friendly mascot Seymour recently visited Epping Library for a lively community fun day. During the event, they were delighted to meet the Chairman and Mayor of Epping Forest District Council.

Elsewhere, Liz and more fantastic volunteers took part in The Great Get Together in Harlow. Sadly, due to the soaring temperatures, Seymour had to stay home and keep cool—but he was definitely missed!

At both events, we invited attendees to try out a variety of fun games while wearing Sim Specs—simulation glasses that mimic different eye conditions. It was a powerful way for people to experience first hand the challenges faced by those living with sight loss, and to better understand the importance of accessibility to enable everyday tasks.
